fBIRN Image Processing Stream (FIPS)
FIPS is a package for the comprehensive management of large-scale multi-site fMRI projects, including data storage, retrieval, calibration, analysis, multi-modal integration, and quality control. It is being developed as part of the Biomedical Informatics Research Network BIRN nbirn.net under the direction of the National Institue of Health. The purpose of this document is to provide information about how to use FIPS. Check out the FIPS Help Resources Page. You can also view a power point pressentation on FIPS here 2 Design Goals- Automated, Query Driven Analysis
